Sara guides people through the science and art of presence, personal branding, leadership, and communication. Whether it’s through speaking, consulting, or training, her clients rave about the breakthroughs they’ve made with Sara’s input.
Sara’s professional career spans 20 years and includes leadership and executive roles at USAA and Texas Mutual. Sara served as principal consultant for Empowerment Enterprises for seven years before beginning her own consultancy. Her career evolution has given her personal insight into the corporate world from many different perspectives – experience she draws upon to serve her clients.
Sara graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications, and from Incarnate Word University in San Antonio with a Masters in Business Administration. Her post-graduate studies include certifications in communication, business image, and emotional intelligence.
Sara has also taught MBA-level courses in human relations at St. Edward’s University in Austin. She is the President of the National Speakers Association Austin Chapter, a member of the National Speakers Association and a member of the Vistage Austin Trusted Advisors. She has been featured in a number of publications and broadcasts, most notably Pink magazine, the Wall Street Journal, WBAP News Radio 820 (Dallas-Fort Worth), and Speaker Magazine.
